Weekly Trash & Recycling

We do not guarantee an exact time or time window for collection. Collection times will vary depending on the current day’s schedule. Please place your bins outside the night prior to your scheduled collection day to guarantee that it will be collected.

We stock both 96-gallon and 64-gallon containers. 32-gallon containers are offered when available. Each container will have our company logo as well as a distinct serial number. All containers are owned by Haulin’ Trash and will be collected at the end of service. 

We require a $120 refundable deposit to begin service. Deposits are refunded at the end of service*.

*Deposits are refunded once our bins have been returned or collected (if applicable).

Yes, the replacement cost of our bins is $60. Please contact our office at (703) 559-8558 for replacement bins.

No. Construction debris is not accepted in our weekly trash collection service, including the weekly special pickup day. However, our junk removal team will happily remove these items at an additional cost. Please call, text or email our office for pricing.

Yes. We encourage residents to fit as much as possible inside their bins. However, we realize there are times when everything will not fit. In those occasions, please make sure any item/bag outside of the bin is secure. Haulin' Trash is not responsible for collecting trash or recycling that has been blown away by weather conditions, such as wind.

General Information

No. Items such as asbestos, chemicals, gasoline, oil, broken thermometers, fluorescent bulbs and CFLs (compact fluorescent lightbulbs) are not accepted. When in doubt, please call, text or email our office for clarification. Loudoun County does offer Household Hazardous Waste collection events eight times per year. Please visit their website for more information.

The safety of our staff is our number one concern and priority. Management will make a decision and update our customers as early as possible on days when weather is not cooperating. Cancelled collection days will be moved to the next available collection day in your area.

We observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Holiday schedules will be posted on our website as well as our social media platforms within ten days of any upcoming holiday.  Generally, collection days that fall on holidays will be collected on the next collection day.
